HCG5004 is a single-acting, load return high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac HCG series. The 575 ton capacity (500 ton class) cylinder is designed for high capacity lifting and pushing work. Stroke is 100 mm (3.94 in), collapsed height 394 mm, outside diameter 400 mm, base mounting holes bolt circle 340 mm and weight 359 kg. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish; maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used in high capacity lifting and pushing applications such as large-scale construction projects. It complies with ASME B30.1.
