About This Product

HCR5004 is a double-acting high-tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a 575 ton capacity and a 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke with hydraulic return. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). Collapsed height is 394 mm, outside diameter is 400 mm, base mounting hole bolt circle is 340 mm and weight is 361 kg. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface treatment that resists side-loading and cyclic wear. It is used in high-capacity lifting, lowering and pushing applications. Replaceable upper and lower bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke, and certified lifting eyes and base mounting holes are provided. It complies with ASME B30.1.
