About This Product

F0152C0004XX-SK is the PSL profile slide attachment with counterbore for 660.4–1270.0 mm (26–50 in) clamshell diameters. It uses one pair of fixed length shafts and two pairs of adjustable length shafts. Dimensions are A 749.3 mm, B 800.1 mm and C 1150.6–1473.2 mm. The profile slide is an automated method of single point cutting a weld prep on the end of a pipe using a template, which is especially useful on heavy wall weld preps. It is fed a predetermined amount per clamshell revolution and cuts up to 127.0 mm (5 in) wall with standard templates. It bolts to the face of the clamshell and can be mounted on all NB, MS and HD clamshells from 203.2 mm (8 in) to 1270 mm (50 in).
