CR100S is a 100 ton Cribbing Ring Set designed for RCS1002 cylinders. CR-series Cribbing Rings replace traditional cribbing methods; each component is dimensionally consistent and engineered to work together. The set includes 4 U-Rings and 3 spacers: CR100U1 (1), CR100U2 (3), CR100P1 (1), CR100P2 (2). Cylinder stroke is 57 mm, collapsed height 141 mm, and complete set height and max stackable height are 308 mm (12.12 in). With the complete set plus 1 U-Ring the height is 350 mm. Set weight is 25 kg and a single U-Ring weighs 3.5 kg. Interlocking U-Rings support the load and secure it mechanically, while stacking spacers extend cylinder reach. The bottom U-Ring can also be used as a loadholding device. It provides a predictable foundation for critical lifts.
