About This Product

ZU4408RB is a portable electric hydraulic pump from the Classic version of the ZU series. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), usable oil capacity is 2 gallons (≈7.6 L) and reservoir volume is 416 in³. The valve is a manual 4-way, 3-position, tandem-center type (advance / hold / retract). The 1.7 hp universal electric motor runs on 115 V, single phase, 50/60 Hz. Output flow is 11.5 L/min at 7 bar, 8.8 L/min at 50 bar and 60 in³/min (≈1.0 L/min) at 700 bar. The relief valve is adjustable from 140 to 700 bar, sound level is 85-90 dBA and the duty cycle is intermittent. It suits long hose runs and high pressure-drop circuits, such as heavy lifting or double-acting tools, powering small to large cylinders.
