About This Product

ZU41108SB is a portable 2-stage electric hydraulic pump based on Z-Class technology. Maximum operating pressure is 10,000 psi (about 690 bar) and usable oil capacity is 2 gal (about 7.6 L). It is compatible with single-acting cylinders. The 1.7 hp (about 1.25 kW) motor runs on 115 V, 1-phase, 50/60 Hz. The valve is a 3-way, 3-position, tandem-center solenoid Venturi return assist valve controlled from a pendant. Flow is 60 in³/min (about 0.98 L/min) at 10,000 psi and 700 in³/min at 100 psi. Duty cycle is intermittent. The Venturi valve improves retraction speed of single-acting, spring-return and load-return cylinders. The pump powers small to large cylinders or hydraulic tools where remote, high-speed, intermittent-duty hydraulic power is needed.
