About This Product
WST71 is a spring advance, threaded body work support from the WST series. It provides a maximum support force of 7.3 kN (1,650 lbs) and a 9.7 mm (0.38 in) stroke. Operating pressure ranges from 48 bar (700 psi) to 345 bar (5,000 psi).
The body thread is 1.375-18 UNEF and the air vent port is M10 x 1.5. Oil capacity is approx. 0.66 cm³ (0.04 in³) and weight is approx. 0.2 kg (0.5 lbs).
It supports the workpiece in fixtures to reduce deflection during machining. Support force should be at least 150% of the clamping force.
