About This Product

WHC3380 is a 3 ton single-acting, spring-return hydraulic cutterhead from the WHC series. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and oil capacity is 65.5 cm³. Dimensions are 508.0 x 69.9 x 208.3 mm (L x W x H). It cuts telephone cable (CPP) and underground power cable up to 85 mm (3.38 in), and bare aluminum and copper strands up to 3 in (76.2 mm). It will not cut steel wire strand, reinforcing bar, copper wire/bar or soft steel bolts. The set includes a CR400 coupler; country of origin is Japan.
