About This Product

WCA82 is a 2-port auto coupler from the Enerpac WCA series. In workholding applications it makes the connection between the fixture and the hydraulic circuit automatically. The adjustable stroke is 104–113 mm (4.10–4.48 in) and the operating pressure range is 40–350 bar (580–5,000 psi). Advance and retract oil capacity is 10.8 cm³ each, and maximum oil flow is about 1 L/min (60 in³/min). Mounting bolts are M8 x 90 and the required radial alignment accuracy is ±0.5 mm. The set includes the CDF6 hydraulic nozzle and the FZ2050 air blow-off fitting; the recommended alignment tool is AT2. It is used on machine tools with horizontal or vertical mounting in automated fixture and pallet applications.
