About This Product

WCA64 is a 4-port auto coupler from the Enerpac WCA series. It is used in workholding applications to make the connection between the fixture and the hydraulic circuit automatically. It is designed for the base station position. The coupler offers 15.67 kN capacity, a 5.1–15 mm (0.20–0.59 in) adjustable stroke and an operating pressure range of 40–345 bar (580–5,000 psi). Maximum oil flow is about 1 L/min (60 in³/min), and the advance and retract oil capacity is about 10.8 cm³ (0.66 in³) each. Weight is about 13.2 kg (29.1 lb) and the required radial alignment accuracy is ±0.5 mm (±0.02 in). The set includes the CDF6 hydraulic nozzle and the FZ2050 air blow-off fitting; the recommended alignment tool is AT1. It is used on machine tools with horizontal or vertical mounting and in automated production lines such as pallet indexing.
