Enerpac WCA62 2 Port Auto Coupler

WCA62 is a 2-port auto coupler in the Enerpac workholding product line for pallet and fixture systems. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically on machine tools, and its position sensing feedback enables fully automated applications. Max operating pressure is 345 bar (5,000 psi), min operating pressure is 40 bar (580 psi), and max oil flow is 60 in³/min. Adjustable stroke is about 5–15 mm (0.20–0.59 in), providing clearance for pallet indexing. Oil capacity for advance and retract is 0.66 in³ (≈10.8 cm³) each, required radial alignment accuracy is ±0.02 in (≈±0.5 mm), and weight is 16.8 lb (≈7.6 kg). The set includes the CDF6 hydraulic nozzle and FZ2050 air blow-off fitting; the recommended alignment tool is AT1. Coupler elements are supplied with air blow-off nozzles to prevent damage from contamination.
