STSS51 is a single-acting threaded body swing clamp with a straight plunger from the ST series. Clamping force is 1100 lbs (≈4.9 kN) and the operating pressure range is 500–5,000 psi (≈35–345 bar). Stroke is 0.89 in (22.6 mm) and the swing angle is 50 degrees. The body thread is 1.375-18 UNEF and the oil connection is an SAE #4 threaded port. The standard clamp arm is CAS51, the flange nut is FN351 and the mounting flange is AW5. The clamp threads directly into the fixture and is locked with a jam nut. It is used for workholding in hydraulic fixtures.
