About This Product

STSS21 is a single-acting threaded body swing clamp with a straight plunger from the ST series. Clamping force is 475 lbs (≈2.1 kN) and the operating pressure range is 500–5,000 psi (≈35–345 bar). Stroke is 0.65 in (16.5 mm) and the swing angle is 50 degrees. The body thread is 1.125-16 UN and the oil connection is an SAE #2 threaded port. The standard clamp arm is CAS21 and the matching flange nut is FN281. The clamp threads directly into the fixture and is locked with a jam nut. It is used for workholding in compact hydraulic fixtures.
