About This Product
The SJ258 is a mechanical screw jack from the Simplex SJ series. It has a sustaining capacity of 24 ton (213.5 kN) and a stroke of 108 mm (4.25 in). Collapsed height is 330.2 mm, base diameter 165.1 mm, cap diameter 82.6 mm and weight 12.7 kg.
Handle effort is 6.8 kg per ton. It supports loads indefinitely and will not creep down. The 9 degree tilt saddle helps center the load point.
It can be used for lifting and supporting loads in workshop, maintenance and installation work, particularly where low height is needed. The design meets or exceeds ANSI/ASME B30.1 safety standards and is CE compliant.
