Enerpac SFM41 700 bar Split Flow Manifold

The SFM41 is a split flow hydraulic manifold with gauges and frame, designed to control single-acting cylinders from a single manifold. It has one inlet and four outlets, and can serve a maximum of 4 single-acting cylinders. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar. It offers more control than the simple AM series manifolds without the complexity of a synchronous lifting system. Each outlet port has a pressure compensated flow control valve and a pressure gauge; CR400 couplers are installed on the inlet and outlet ports. Advance and retract speeds (lifting and lowering) can be regulated. Oil flow to each cylinder is 0.15 l/min (9.1 in³/min), with a maximum difference among outlets of 10% of the stroke (in 6 in). Minimum pump flow required is 1.4 l/min (85 in³/min). Dimensions are 370 x 335 x 375 mm and weight is 24 kg. More cylinders can be controlled by connecting several SFM models in parallel. It lets a single operator control up to 4 lifting points in basic multi-point lifting applications.
