About This Product

The RLR2006 is a single-acting, general purpose hydraulic cylinder from the RLR series. It has a capacity of 200 tons (1779.3 kN), a stroke of 152.4 mm (6 in) and a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). The body is steel with a solid plunger. Collapsed height is 304.8 mm, extended height 457.2 mm, body outside diameter 254 mm, ram bore diameter 184.2 mm and weight approximately 128 kg. Effective area is 266.3 cm² and required oil capacity is 4342.6 cm³. Large bearings resist side load. The plated piston resists scoring and corrosion. A thick bronze inlay on the piston flange virtually eliminates scoring of the cylinder bore. A stop ring protects against piston blow-out.
