About This Product

The RLN50012 is a single-acting steel locknut hydraulic cylinder with 500 ton (4448.2 kN) capacity and 304.8 mm (12 in) stroke. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it has a solid plunger. The locknut provides extended load holding. It features a stop ring against piston blow-out, a Class 2 ACME thread, and a bronze inlay on the piston flange for side-load protection. Swivel eye bolts are used. Dimensions: ram bore 292.1 mm, body outside diameter 406.4 mm, collapsed height 628.7 mm, extended height 933.5 mm, oil capacity 20418.3 cm³, effective area 670.1 cm², weight approx. 627 kg (1383 lb). It is used for heavy lifting and long-term load holding.
