About This Product

The RLN4006 is a single-acting steel locknut hydraulic cylinder with 400 ton (3558.6 kN) capacity and 152.4 mm (6 in) stroke. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it has a solid plunger. The locknut provides extended load holding. A stop ring protects against piston blow-out; the Class 2 ACME thread offers high strength and eases moving the locknut into position. A thick bronze inlay on the piston flange helps prevent bore scoring and protects against side loading. Swivel eye bolts are used. Dimensions: ram bore 266.7 mm, body outside diameter 355.6 mm, collapsed height 452.4 mm, extended height 604.8 mm, oil capacity 8521.3 cm³, effective area 558.6 cm², weight approx. 306 kg (675 lb). It is used for heavy lifting and long-term load holding.
