About This Product

RLN30012 is a single-acting, steel-bodied locknut hydraulic cylinder from the RLN series. It offers 300 ton (2668.9 kN) capacity and a 304.8 mm stroke; maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with 688 bar at rated capacity. The plunger is solid. Collapsed height is 546.1 mm and extended height is 850.9 mm. Piston outside diameter is 198.4 mm, body outside diameter is 304.8 mm, effective area is 387.9 cm² and required oil capacity is 11831.5 cm³. Weight is approximately 307.1 kg (677 lb). A thick bronze inlay on the piston flange virtually eliminates scoring of the cylinder bore and protects against accidental side loading. It is used in very heavy lifting, positioning and load-holding applications.
