About This Product

RLN20012 is a single-acting, steel-bodied locknut hydraulic cylinder from the RLN series. It offers 200 ton (1779.3 kN) capacity and a 304.8 mm stroke; maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with 624 bar at rated capacity. The plunger is solid. Collapsed height is 495.3 mm and extended height is 800.1 mm. Piston outside diameter is 166.6 mm, body outside diameter is 254 mm, effective area is 266.3 cm² and required oil capacity is 8685.1 cm³. Weight is approximately 217.3 kg (479 lb). A thick bronze inlay on the piston flange virtually eliminates scoring of the cylinder bore and protects against accidental side loading. It is used in heavy lifting, positioning and load-holding applications.
