When the hydraulic pressure of an existing power source is limited, it raises the outlet pressure to meet the application requirement. The intensification ratio is 1:5.0. Maximum inlet pressure is 69 bar (1,000 psi), maximum inlet flow is 550 in³/min (approx. 9,013 cm³/min) and maximum outlet flow is 95 in³/min (approx. 1,557 cm³/min). Maximum operating pressure is 690 bar (10,000 psi) and outlet pressure is listed as 345 bar (5,000 psi). The set includes FL2101 filters and a VFC1 flow control valve. Low-pressure inlet and return ports are #4 SAE; the high-pressure outlet is #6 SAE on the intensifier and #4 SAE on the filter.
