Enerpac PIN401F Oil Intensifier

PIN401F is an oil-to-oil pressure intensifier with a filter package from the Enerpac PIN series. When hydraulic pressure from an existing power source is limited, it increases the output pressure to the level the application requires. The series is listed as discontinued. The intensification ratio is 1:4.0. Maximum inlet pressure is 1,250 psi (about 86 bar), outlet pressure is 5,000 psi (about 345 bar), and maximum outlet flow is 120 in³/min (about 2.0 L/min); maximum inlet flow is 580 in³/min. Low pressure inlet and return ports are #4 SAE, and the high pressure outlet on the intensifier is #6 SAE. The package includes an FL2101 filter and a VFC1 flow control valve. It is used in workholding and similar hydraulic systems where higher pressure must be obtained from a lower-pressure source.
