Enerpac PIDE151 1:1.5 Pressure Intensifier

PIDE151 is an oil-to-oil pressure intensifier from the Enerpac Workholding product line. When the hydraulic pressure of an existing power source is limited, it raises the output pressure to the level the application requires. The PID series is discontinued. The intensification ratio is 1:1.5. Maximum inlet pressure is 228 bar (3,300 psi), maximum inlet flow is approx. 7.9 L/min (480 in³/min), maximum outlet flow is approx. 1.0 L/min (60 in³/min), outlet pressure is 345 bar (5,000 psi) and maximum operating pressure is 690 bar (10,000 psi). Low pressure ports are #4 SAE; the high pressure outlet is #6 SAE on the intensifier and #4 SAE on the filter. The built-in dump valve removes the need for an external pilot check valve. It is used in machine tool workholding and clamping circuits.
