Enerpac PID901F 1:9 Pressure Intensifier

PID901F is an oil-to-oil pressure intensifier with a filter package from the Enerpac Workholding product line. It increases output pressure when the hydraulic pressure of an existing power source is limited. The PID series is discontinued. The intensification ratio is 1:9.0. Maximum inlet pressure is 38 bar (550 psi), maximum inlet flow is approx. 8.7 L/min (530 in³/min), outlet pressure is 345 bar (5,000 psi) and maximum operating pressure is 690 bar (10,000 psi). Low pressure ports are #4 SAE; the high pressure outlet is #6 SAE on the intensifier and #4 SAE on the filter. The built-in dump valve removes the need for an external pilot check valve. The set includes FL2101 filters and a VFC1 flow control valve. It is used in machine tool workholding and clamping circuits.
