About This Product

The PID401 is an oil-to-oil pressure intensifier used in workholding applications. When the hydraulic pressure of an existing power source is limited, it increases the output pressure to meet the requirement of the application. The intensification ratio is 1:4.0. Maximum inlet pressure is 1,250 psi (≈86 bar), outlet pressure is 5,000 psi (≈345 bar), and maximum operating pressure is 10,000 psi (≈690 bar). Maximum inlet flow is 580 in³/min and maximum outlet flow is 120 in³/min (≈2 L/min). Ports are #4 SAE on inlet and return, #6 SAE on the intensifier outlet, and #4 SAE on the filter outlet. The built-in dump valve removes the need for an external pilot check valve. The unit is described with FL2101 filters and a VFC1 flow control valve. Country of origin is Denmark.
