PID151F is an oil-to-oil pressure intensifier with a filter package for workholding applications. It has a 1:1.5 intensification ratio, 3300 psi maximum inlet pressure, 5000 psi outlet pressure, 60 in³/min maximum outlet flow and 480 in³/min maximum inlet flow. The unit includes a built-in dump valve, eliminating the need for an external pilot check valve. It comes with FL2101 filters and a VFC1 flow control valve. Low pressure inlet/return ports are #4 SAE; the high pressure outlet is #6 SAE on the intensifier and #4 SAE on the filter. It is used to raise output pressure when the hydraulic pressure of an existing power source is limited. The PID series is listed as discontinued.
