About This Product

PGTS6495S is a single stage hydraulic power generation bolt tensioner from the Enerpac PGT series. It is designed for M64 x 6.0 bolts and has a 95 mm nut A/F. Maximum operating pressure is 1500 bar (21,750 psi), load capacity is 2297.3 kN (258.3 ton), hydraulic pressure area is 15,315 mm² and stroke is 10 mm. Minimum bolt protrusion is 137 mm, maximum is 150 mm, and weight is 30.7 kg. The PGT series is used for bolt tensioning in critical fastening applications on wind, steam and gas turbines, including tight spaces.
