About This Product
PGTD3046S is a PGT-series double deck hydraulic bolt tensioner designed for critical fastening in wind, steam and gas turbines in power generation. It suits M30 x 3.5 bolts (30 mm diameter) with a 46 mm nut A/F.
Load capacity is 462.6 kN (52.0 ton), maximum operating pressure is 1350 bar (19,575 psi), stroke is 7 mm and hydraulic pressure area is 3426 mm². Bolt protrusion is 60–70 mm. Weight is 5.8 kg.
It is used in power generation installations with limited space to apply controlled pre-load to bolts.
