About This Product
The NS70105 is a 103 ton (917 kN) hydraulic nut splitter. It cuts 70–105 mm (2.75–4.25 in) hexagon nuts on M45–M72 bolts. Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), oil capacity is 377 cm³ and weight is 39.5 kg.
It has a single-acting, spring-return cylinder and is designed to suit standard ANSI B16.6/BS1560 flanges. Maximum allowable hardness to split is HRC 44. The replacement blade model is NSB70.
With its tri-blade, interchangeable heads and preset scale, it is used in maintenance and dismantling of flanged joints.
