About This Product

NS4150 is a hydraulic nut splitter from the Simplex NS series. It suits stud diameters of 25.4–31.8 mm (1–1.25 in) and hexagon nuts of 39.6–50.8 mm (1.56–2 in). Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and weight is 8.2 kg. It splits hardened nuts up to grade 8 and 2H. A replacement chisel, set screws and a carrying case are included. It is not designed to cut square nuts. The suggested hand pump is P140. It is used in maintenance work where seized or corroded nuts must be removed.
