About This Product
MM1500E-H is the hydraulic-driven external mount flange facing machine of the MME series. It offers a 0-1524 mm (0-60") facing diameter and produces continuous groove gramophone finishes to ASME standard.
Hydraulic supply requirement is 55 bar (800 psi) at 30 L/min (8 GPM), with a maximum speed of 14 rpm. The clamping range is 1221-1537 mm, tool post stroke is 0-102 mm on the Z axis and 0-356 mm on the X axis, and feed rate is 0.1-0.8 mm/rev. The machine has 8 clamping locators.
It is used for facing heat exchanger flanges and other large flanges such as crane pedestals.
