About This Product
MM1500E is an external mount flange facing machine from the MME series. It offers a 0-1524 mm (0-60") facing diameter and produces continuous groove gramophone finishes to ASME standard.
The standard drive is pneumatic, with a 90 psi (approx. 6.2 bar) supply requirement and a maximum speed of 7 rpm. The clamping range is 1221-1537 mm, tool post stroke is 0-102 mm on the Z axis and 0-356 mm on the X axis, and feed rate is 0.1-0.8 mm/rev. The machine has 8 clamping locators.
It is used for facing heat exchanger flanges and other large flanges such as crane pedestals.
