About This Product

MM1000E is an external mount flange facing machine from the MME series. It offers a 0-1016 mm (0-40") facing diameter and is used to produce continuous groove gramophone finishes to ASME standard. The standard drive is pneumatic, with a 90 psi (approx. 6.2 bar) supply requirement and a maximum speed of 12 rpm. The clamping range is 714-1029 mm, and tool post stroke is 0-102 mm on the Z axis and 0-356 mm on the X axis. Feed rate is 0.1-0.8 mm/rev, and the machine has 4 clamping locators. It is used for facing heat exchanger flanges and other large flanges such as crane pedestals.
