ML40E is the 230 VAC (208-240 V, 1 phase, 8 A) model of the ML series mini hydraulic gantry system. With 4 legs it offers 45 ton (400 kN) capacity, with lifting heights of 3000 mm at stage 1, 4200 mm at stage 2 and 5500 mm at stage 3. Its retracted height is 1900 mm and the weight per leg with oil is listed as 1300 kg. The three-stage double-acting cylinder, stroke synchronization and PLC-controlled lifting with feedback from a stroke encoder keep all legs at an even height. Powered travel under load is standard. One circuit per leg is required. It is used to lift, lower and transport machinery during installation or removal. It is ASME B30.1 compliant and load tested under witness of Lloyd's Register.
