Enerpac MCA62 2-Port Auto Coupler

MCA62 is a 2-port hydraulic auto coupler from the Enerpac MCA series. It is used for automated coupling of hydraulic circuits on palletized systems. Sensing feedback of coupler position allows fully automated applications. Maximum operating pressure is 350 bar and minimum operating pressure is 4 bar. Adjustable stroke is 5–15 mm, advance and retract oil capacity is 10.8 cm³ each, and maximum oil flow is 1.0 L/min. The mounting bolt dimension is M8 x 90. The recommended alignment tool is AT1. It can be mounted horizontally or vertically for flexible installation on machine tools. The adjustment stroke allows clearance for pallet indexing. Coupler elements are supplied with air blow-off nozzles to prevent damage from contamination. Set includes: CDF6, FZ2050.
