Enerpac LGH3100E 100 Ton Hydraulic Puller Set

The LGH3100E is a 3-jaw hydraulic Lock-Grip puller set designed to remove large shaft-mounted components without damage. It is used for medium to large wheels, sprockets, bearings and similar parts. The self-centering closing system moves all three jaws simultaneously. Pulling capacity is 100 tons (931 kN) with a maximum operating pressure of 700 bar (10,000 psi). Maximum reach is 1220 mm and jaw spread ranges from 730 to 1985 mm. Jaw width is 30.6 mm, tip clearance 68 mm and tip depth 78 mm. The set weighs approximately 1360 kg. The set is supplied on a rolling cart whose hydraulically actuated scissor lift positions the puller at a centre height of 699–1679 mm. The 3-jaw design can be converted to 2 jaws where clearance is limited; in that configuration capacity is 70 tons (622 kN). Set includes: ZE3110DE, LGH100K4, LGH100K5, LGH100K6, LGH100K7.
