Enerpac LGH3100B 100 Ton 3-Jaw Hydraulic Puller Set

The LGH3100B is a 100 ton (931 kN), 3-jaw hydraulic Lock-Grip puller set from the Enerpac LGH series. It is supplied with a cart and a 115V electric pump; maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), and the set content is listed as ZE3110DB, LGH100K4, LGH100K5, LGH100K6 and LGH100K7. Minimum spread is 730 mm, maximum spread is 1985 mm and maximum reach is 1220 mm. Tip clearance is 68 mm, tip depth is 78 mm, jaw width is 30.6 mm and set weight is 1360 kg. The hydraulically actuated scissor lift cylinder on the cart extends the puller from centre height between 699 and 1679 mm. It is used to remove medium to large wheels, sprockets, bearings and similar shaft-mounted parts without damage. It can be converted to a 2-jaw configuration where clearance is limited; capacity is then 70 ton (622 kN).
