About This Product
IES1006 is a 100 ton (889.6 kN) H-frame hydraulic press package. It includes the R1006 single-acting cylinder with a 168.1 mm (6.62 in) stroke and the G4163 electric pump (115V). Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with an advance speed of 482.6 mm/min and a pressing speed of 69.9 mm/min.
A moveable work head, an adjustable work bed with a friction brake winch, a pendant control and a tonnage gauge are included. The series offers a wide choice of pumps and pressing cylinders; double-acting presses can be chosen for fast retraction. Weight is 706.7 kg.
It is used in workshop and maintenance applications where a shorter stroke is sufficient, such as pressing parts in or out, straightening and forming.
