IED15012 is a 150 ton (1334.5 kN) H-frame hydraulic press package. It includes the RDA15012 double-acting cylinder with a 304.8 mm (12 in) stroke and the G6375 electric pump (230V, 3-phase). Maximum operating pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi), with an advance speed of 508.0 mm/min and a pressing speed of 114.3 mm/min. The open-sided, large daylight makes loading parts easy. An adjustable work bed with a friction brake winch, a frame that stays rigid under full load, a pendant control and a tonnage gauge are included. Presses ordered with pumps include a remote pendant control and a large 5 gallon (about 19 L) reservoir. Weight is 1376.7 kg. It is used in workshop and maintenance applications such as pressing bearings, bushings and shafts in or out, straightening and forming.
