About This Product

HSKB2500 is the skid shoe beam model of the HSK skidding system series. The tall skid shoe has built-in push/pull cylinders. Maximum push capacity is 400 kN (40 ton), pull capacity 260 kN (26 ton), maximum capacity per shoe 2500 kN (250 ton) and push/pull stroke 600 mm. Dimensions: length 3000 mm, width 600 mm, height with track 374 mm, weight 1020 kg. The skid shoes travel over a pre-constructed track; PTFE coated blocks are matched with the stainless steel sliding plate under the shoe for low friction. The shoes are connected by hoses to an electric or diesel driven hydraulic powerpack. The skid track is sold separately. It is used in applications where heavy loads must be moved horizontally and positioned.
