About This Product

HM09LC is an HM series HydraMax hydraulic topside bolt tensioner. It is designed for tensioning applications on M39–M48 (1 1/2 in – 1 7/8 in) bolts. Maximum operating pressure is 1500 bar (21,750 psi) and load capacity is 1024.9 kN (115.2 ton). Effective cylinder area is 6834 mm² (10.59 in²), stroke is 15 mm (0.59 in) and weight is 6.5 kg (14.3 lb). A relief valve prevents over-stroke and the tool has spring return. The tool operates at ultra-high pressure; use only the specified fittings and hoses designed for these pressures. Interchangeable adaptor kits are available. Country of origin is the United Kingdom.
