HM07LC is an HM series HydraMax hydraulic topside bolt tensioner. It is designed for tensioning fasteners in the M33–M42 (1 1/4"–1 5/8") thread range. Load capacity is 746.8 kN (83.9 tons) at a maximum operating pressure of 1500 bar (21,750 psi). Stroke is 15 mm (0.59"), cylinder effective area is 4980 mm² (7.72 in²) and weight is 5.2 kg (11.5 lb). It has a relief valve with spring return to prevent over-stroke, and twin ports for connecting multiple tools. It is used for bolt tensioning applications.
