HM04LC is a HydraMax hydraulic topside bolt tensioner. It covers an M22-M30 (7/8"-1 1/8") bolt range, has a 36.4 ton (323.8 kN) load capacity and operates at up to 1500 bar (21,750 psi). Stroke is 15 mm (0.59") and cylinder effective area is 2159 mm². Weight is 2.7 kg. It features mechanical over-stroke prevention with no spring return. Twin ports allow quick connection of multiple tools, and interchangeable adapter kits are available. It is used for bolt tensioning work.
