About This Product

HEC6 is one of the HEC series heavy-duty high pressure hydraulic hoses. It is 1.8 m (6 ft) long with a 6.4 mm (0.25 in) internal diameter, a 3/8 NPTF male thread on one end and a C213 coupler on the other. The hose is designed for 700 bar (10,000 psi) working pressure and 2750 bar (40,000 psi) burst pressure (4:1 safety factor). It has a rubber-coated, steel wire braid construction and is suitable for operating temperatures up to 150 °F (about 65 °C). Hoses with couplers include a CR215 dust cap. It is used for connecting hydraulic pumps and tools in demanding, continuous-duty applications with short runs. Hose oil capacity is approximately 32.17 cm³ x length (m).
