About This Product

HCR5008 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a 575 ton capacity and a 200 mm (7.87 in) stroke. Hydraulic plunger return gives a faster and more controlled retract than load/gravity return designs. It has a collapsed height of 494 mm, an outside diameter of 400 mm, a base mounting bolt circle of 340 mm and a weight of 443 kg. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface, and the working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing, particularly in high capacity heavy lifting work. It complies with ASME B30.1.
