About This Product

HCR3008 is a high tonnage, double-acting hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a capacity of 341 ton (300 ton class) and a stroke of 200 mm (7.87 in). Collapsed height is 446 mm, outside diameter is 305 mm and weight is 232 kg. The double-acting design provides fast, controlled hydraulic advance and retract of the plunger. The nitrocarburized body and plunger resist side-loading and cyclic wear. Replaceable upper and lower bearings support the plunger throughout the stroke. Maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing in large-scale construction and high capacity lifting projects. The base has mounting holes (260 mm bolt circle) and certified lifting eyes; it complies with ASME B30.1.
