About This Product

HCR20010 is a double-acting high tonnage hydraulic cylinder from the HCR series. It has a capacity of 223 tons, a stroke of 250 mm (9.84 in), a collapsed height of 458 mm, an outside diameter of 250 mm and a weight of 153 kg. The hydraulic return gives fast, controlled plunger movement in both directions. The body and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface that resists side loading and cyclic wear. The cylinder has base mounting holes (215 mm bolt circle), an M250 x 3 collar thread and certified lifting eyes. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and it complies with ASME B30.1. It is used for lifting, lowering and pushing heavy loads in large-scale construction and industrial projects.
