About This Product

HCL8008 is a single-acting, load return hydraulic cylinder from the Enerpac HCL high tonnage lock nut series. It offers 800 ton capacity and a 200 mm (7.87 in) stroke. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods, and the tilt saddle makes maximum contact with misaligned loads. Collapsed height is 580 mm, outside diameter 505 mm, base mounting hole bolt circle 440 mm and weight 904 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized finish, and maximum working pressure is up to 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, pushing and load holding in large-scale construction and heavy industrial work. It complies with ASME B30.1.
