About This Product

HCL8006 is an HCL series high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinder. It is a single-acting, load return design with 800 ton capacity and 150 mm (5.91 in) stroke. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. Collapsed height is 530 mm, outside diameter 505 mm, base mounting hole bolt circle 440 mm, and weight 825 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrocarburized surface. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi) and the cylinder complies with ASME B30.1. It is used for lifting, pushing and holding applications, especially large-capacity work where secure mechanical load holding is vital.
