About This Product

The HCL8004 is an 800 ton, 100 mm (3.94 in) stroke, single-acting load return model in the HCL series of high tonnage lock nut hydraulic cylinders. The lock nut provides secure mechanical load holding for extended periods. Collapsed height is 480 mm, outside diameter 505 mm, base mounting bolt circle 440 mm and weight 746 kg. The body, lock nut and plunger have a nitrided surface treatment. Maximum working pressure is 700 bar (10,000 psi). It is used for lifting, pushing and holding, especially in large-scale construction and heavy load projects. It complies with ASME B30.1.
